General shipping information

We ship to customers all over the world and each country has different rules and regulations. Please make sure you are allowed to import items or their parts Material sells you to your country of ordering. Please note that you, except the EEA customers, may be charged inbound duties and taxes for items purchased which your local customs authority deems appropriate. Material is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance during the delivery process, or any additional customs and taxes that may be charged by local custom authorities.

Processing time

Please allow us two working days to carefully prepare and pack your goods to be shipped. This requires final stock checkout including careful preparing and fasting of all parts, and further quality checks. Your goods is then carefully and safely packed and posted immediately to you. You will receive a posting notification including track & trace link and/or delivery time estimation.

We ship with DHL Express exclusively. Since our priority is the safety and fast delivery of your goods, we always use priority/express services with full insurance option.

Shipping rates

​

Nowadays free shipping seems to be the norm, but the truth is those costs need to be covered somehow, therefore the products' prices get higher. We don't feel like that's fair: if you were to buy more than one item, or if you lived relatively closer to us than someone else, you'd end up paying more than you really owe us.

Our shipping rates are based on Volumetric weight of parcel and Destination area. Final shipping fee then depends on a size of the box. For exact Volumetric dimension calculation we use following formula (all variables in cm):

* items up to 2kg of their true weight: (true height + 10) x (true width + 10) x (true leght + 10 ) / 5000

* items heavier then 2kg of their true weight: (true height + 20) x (true width + 20) x (true leght + 20 ) / 5000
